Punk Rock Aerobics is a 60-minute exercise class set to a soundtrack of classic punk songs. Infused with the humor, attitude, and aesthetics that are integral to the identity of punk and DIY, PRA promises NO mirrors and NO obnoxious gym music. Our classes only happen in rock clubs, we use bricks for weights, and our special guest DJs spin killer punk anthems.
Since 2000, PRA has challenged the prevailing notions of fitness and conformity, and it continues to function as an alternative to “gym bunny” culture. Designed to strengthen and entertain, PRA workouts combine original punk dance moves with aerobic exercise. It’s the work out that rocks out!
